Because all of our products are custom made/printed for you individually, all sales are final. If an item is damaged during the shipping process, please call us and we will work with you on receiving a replacement for the damaged product. Digital images may not be returned for any reason.
All orders will be shipped within three weeks from the time that the order is placed. If you have questions as to the shipping status of your order you may look up your order through the order status page on this site, or you may contact us for additional information.
